- One day Prior notice has to be provided by the customer for any service related issues.
- One year warranty on supplied products will apply after completion of commissioning and testing. Optional Extended warranty can be availed by the customer for extra payment quoted by Varna Enterprises after completion of first year.
- Varna Enterprises warrants its product to be free from malfunctions and defects in both materials and workmanship based on date of purchase.
- If the product does not function properly during the warranty period due to defects in either materials or workmanship, Varna Enterprises will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective part without charge, subject to the conditions and limitations stated herein. Such repair service will include all labors as well as any necessary adjustments and/or replacement parts.
- Varna Enterprises will serve the warranty only through repair and/or parts replacement. If replacement parts are used in making repairs, these parts maybe re-manufactured, or re-conditioned. If it is necessary to replace the entire system, it will be replaced with a reconditioned system. Defective parts become properties of Varna Enterprises.
- The warranty becomes null and void if the unit is tampered by unauthorized service center or personnel.
- Repair or replacements of defective parts without charge are Varna Enterprises’s only obligation under this warranty. Whole unit replacement or refund is not an option to this warranty agreement. Varna Enterprises will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the purchase, use, or improper functioning of the unit regardless of the cause. Such damages for which Varna Enterprises will not be responsible include, but are not limited to, loss of revenue or profit, downtime cost, loss of use of the unit, loss of or damage to software programs or stored data cost of any substitute unit, facilities or services, or claims for such damages.
REFUND POLICY:
If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the order before we have shipped your ordered item, you can request for a order cancellation and refund through email or phone.
In order to help you resolve technical issues with your product, we may troubleshoot over the phone and/or through an in-person technical visit. Replacement only if there is any manufacturing defective issue (within warranty period). At no circumstances, we do not provide a refund once purchased.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from VARNA ENTERPRISES are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Liability
We will make every effort to deliver the product you have ordered as per your required delivery date. In the unlikely event of late delivery or non-delivery of the product, our liability is restricted to the order value. The order is not complete until we have received any payment.

Varna Enterprises ships throughout India. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse..
